What you could do to quickly add more life and realism, is glazing a yellowish color in the corners, where the floor meets the wall. Get a little onto the floor and a little onto the bricks, it will look like mold and moist. Its a very quick step, just thin down a yellow until its only "dirty water" and stipple it on.

Great tutorial thanks, if you start with a nice dark brown on the bottom with a little bit of light brown that would make the stones pop a lot more.

Awesome video! But how would one keep the consistency of mixed colors throughout other tiles? Also, will white filament work okay for painting?

I think white filament will be okay as long as you use a good gray primer.

I love this faster method, but do you think these would have a compatible look to ones painted in the style of the old video? Maybe if I used the same color of drybrush at the end?

Is the primer necessary? I've been printing all of mine out in a light grey so being able to skip that part would save a ton of time overall

I can't seem to find a grey primer that is as dark as the one in this video. Do you think the look will work out okay with a lighter grey?

I print in gray and skip the primer. We use our terrain all the time and it still looks great. Printing in brown then flocking makes a great looking hedge imgur.com/gallery/GwLXXDI

Would you recommend using a black and brown wash on these tiles?

Definitely. Make that dungeon look as grimy and uninviting as possible. I made my own wash by thinning craft acrylics with water and Golden Flow Release (to help the paint not break so easily)
