Happy Holidays!!! In today's Christmas edition of "How I Paint Things", I will show you how I batch painted four boxes of Solar Auxilia infantry for Warhammer Legions Imperialis. Do you use a jewellers magnifying glass to be able to see the details?

No, but I wish I had one for these minis. They were super tiny!

So if you prime in silver, you don't need to go over with normal silver? Meaning the metalic primer is enough of a base coat?

That is correct, the metallic primer doubles as your basecoat. Nothing wrong with priming in a non-metallic and then spraying a bright silver, but I wanted to cut out the extra step.

4 minutes in and I'm still looking at the same box. If you found out that superglue worked fine, why not cut out the bit where you talk about using tape instead? Alright, so you're just saying what you're doing when painting. "I'm painting this bit blue" -as we can see you painting that bit blue. Something that would be more interesting would be talking about why you're painting the way you do, or tips on How to Paint these models. I'm 7.5mins into the video and half of that time I was staring at a box, then I got tips on how to prime at the same time as I got text saying to not do that; now I'm watching a guy dictate what I can already see he is doing. At this point I will rage quit.
