Hey! In this video I'm gonna share with you how to paint light like a pro. This is a unique workflow that I'm sure you haven't seen before and it is gonna help you to paint light and shadow in a completely different way, you will be able to paint more realistic light super fast, enjoy!

WOW! This is priceless! Lighting in any medium is crucial. I’ve done 3d art and one can only imagine how it can be there. (personally, I don’t even bother with the 3d models in Procreate) New subscriber! 🤗

Thank you very much for this video! It was easy to understand - mostly because I already know how to work with layers xd But this is definitely my kind of thing cuz i dont like spending too much time (that and i am very lazy lol) This is definitely gonna help with the mood of my artworks! Because I heard that certain lighting temperatures and colors can also depict a specific emotion on whatever is being illustrated.

That’s a nice method. The issue is some ambient occlusion is gonna have to go when a key light is aimed directly at it.

I like this concept! thank you for sharing. I want to use this and instead of painting the light create the light with a shaper tool and fan the edges. (so it gives a blend of clean shadows fading into shadows - similar to the KLAUS tool)
