This is a redo on my loose pumpkins from 2018. Yes, the watercolour pumpkin video that was posted sideways :).
This video is short and easy. So practice the colour blending and mixing, and have fun doing then.

Try taping the paper down on a board is best to avoid buckling

I really love this technique but have an issue keeping things wet enough to add more to it without it being too saturated and messy. I keep practicing but haven’t accomplished it yet. It looks so easy for you. 😊

What exactly are you experiencing? What sort of paper are you using?

I use the best paper. Arches 140# cold press and I also have hot press however it dries too quickly on there for me to get a good bleed like you do. I either get too much water in my brush or not enough so I think I am just down for more practice on how much water is too much or little.

Clarice - what are the paints you are using in this tutorial? I see you've listed paints as Dr. Ph Martin's but I have to guess what you use in the video are not Dr Ph Martins. Thanks for your input. Love this vid and actually tried it and my pumpkins turned out beautifully. Thank you! :)
