None of those ways is it's something in the phone settings you go additional settings to accessibility you go to audition or listen the balance of the headphones is more to the right than to the left and they have to be in the middle and that's how it sounds to me too it happened that's all 😊

Whenever i double tap on left, the volume goes up, whenever i double tap the right, it goes down. Whenever i long press the left for 1 or 2 seconds, it will play the next, whenever long press the right for 1 or 2 seconds, it will go back

hey man maybe you can help me, i have the exact same as you show in the video, but my right side is not flashing when i take it out of the case. the left side pairs and plays but the ride side is completely dead, doesn't even flash when i take it out. it's the first time im using it so idk if i did something wrong.

How do I disconnect the sync between left and right earphone so that I can use one on phone 1 and the other on phone 2 at the same time? In the product description it says: "binaural separation design - single and binaural free switch. Two earphones can be connected to a mobile phone at the same time, sharing a music with friends and lovers, or can be connected with one ear, equivalent to two independent earphones"

Not all M10 TWS models support true binaural separation. Check your user manual or manufacturer's website for confirmation. Even with binaural separation, you might experience limitations. Audio quality and synchronization might be compromised when using both earbuds with separate devices. Additionally, controlling playback or calls might only be possible through the device connected to the primary earbud.

Take the earbuds out of the charging case and make sure they are turned off. Touch and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds until the LEDs on the earbuds flash three times. Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid. Wait for 30 seconds, then open the lid and remove the earbuds. They should be ready to pair with your device again.

Put the earbuds in the charging case. Make sure that the charging case is turned on. Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 10 seconds. The earbuds will blink red and white 3 times. Release the buttons. The earbuds will be reset. You will need to pair the earbuds with your device again.
