I have some Sony WH-XB910N that I got day after Thanksgiving. They were pairing OK with Amazon Fire TV until about 2 days ago. Now they work. What I learned was what he suggested turn them off, go to pairing mode on the TV, turn the headphones back on but hold the on button down about 5 seconds. That's what brought them back. BTW, the 910 is great. Paid $123 at Best Buy Black Friday deal. Keeps out the noise from the upstairs apt and the background noise and the music played at the YMCA. Couldn't be happier or more surprised with these 910s.

I have not been able to access the TV features so I can pair the pet feeder via bluetooth. The remote for the TV does not open the TV system features. Is there something you can help me with? Please? If you have a "dumb" TV, and are using a cable (or Satellite) box; how do you connect it so that the tv speakers are still on, but you can adjust the headphones to the volume you need (maybe you are hard of hearing). That way others can hear the tv too (instead ob being blasted out of the house). For instance on my "Smart" tv I have the headphones set to the tv speakers, and when I turn the headphones on, the TV speakers only work on the headphone and the sound on the TV cannot be heard. I think I can pair the headphones to the Hopper 3, and others could hear the TV, and I could hear the TV through the headphones. However, if I transfer to TV mode to use apps that are not on the Hopper 3, then others cannot hear the TV if I use the headphones. I think if I use the Optical out port, it will eliminate the problem of cutting the speakers out when I use the headphones. Do you know an easier way?

Great instructions! What does it mean to see a blue and red blinking light on the headphones? We had them paired to our Smart TV and using for about 2 weeks, it now has a blue and red light blinking. They are fully charged. They said Power On, Pairing and then the lights blink but there is no sound now.

connecting is very easy and having the convenience of bluetooth headphones with the tv soundbar is nice. but why is the volume so low when the connection occurs? why do i have to raise the volume so much to hear the audio? then we i disconnect, i have to lower the volume a lot just to hear the tv. anybody have feedback or suggestions for a fix?
