For those using the Watch GS 3 with an iPhone, can you tell me if once connected, Siri responds to you in your watch or your iPhone? At home Siri answers me in the watch, it's unpleasant... thank you

I am able to connect my Honor watch and iPhone and it works with the Honor Health app. However, I want to know how I can connect it to apps like Apple Health
