managed to get it to work. Somehow my husband has a Google pixel seven and when it was in the connecting and it was doing like the set up thing I just pressed done because we’ve already done it so many times and then it worked. Somehow I don’t know if that helps for some people but hopefully with the Google pixel it does, but the apps not working, so I’m gonna say the app is down right now I would just recommend contacting them and letting them know.

This worked thanks! Tried everything and left it for 3 weeks, just needed to reset and connect and when setting up pressed done and it worked! When doing the setup dont download the app just press done many thanks ❤

This minor 3 is most shit earphones, no easy and good condition, no good voice no hi basses if you using somewhere where there people are noticing you can't to hear any song or any podcast,
