I downloaded the app and connected the Ai1200 with my android, Bluetooth works but HOW can I do phone calls or listen to music?😢 there is no option to stream sound to the ears

When you are in the app, tap on the menue icon on the bottom right and choose Settings, then select User Guide. This will give you a walk-through of the features that are available to you in the Thrive app.
