amazing presentation. I have 1 question: how about if I want to redirect the user to another form with filled in information from form 1 to form 2 where another form2 user has to complete the form and finally submit it to the approver?

Hi, That's possible when you add the 2nd form link with parameters in your 1st form's notification or autoresponder, so when the next user receives the notification or autoresponder email, they can click on the link and it should automatically prefill the 2nd form with data from 1st form. Example: link.jotform.com/vqgTn1n626. How can the answer to one question selected in Form #1 be listed as a Dropdown Menu or Select Slide Show with an image, in Form #2

Hello Locksley, It is possible to pass a field value from a dropdown field in form 1 to prefill a dropdown field in form 2. In order for this to work, make sure the dropdown options from both fields are the same. Unfortunately, you can't pass the value from form 1 and insert it as part of the options on a dropdown field in form 2. You can submit this form to try it in action www.jotform.com/230098222471047. If I edit form 2, would it change form 1? Or is it feeding one way?

Hello Crystal, Editing a specific form will not affect the other forms. However, the field names and variables of the fields you've edited might change so please review them and update them in the URL parameters to ensure that the data will be passed to the target form. Hi @ilovemmo-reviews, If you prefer not to have the first form automatically redirect to another form while still passing data, you can simply include the link to the second form with URL parameters on the Thank You page. Instead of opting for "Redirect to an external link after submission," follow these steps outlined in this guide on how to transfer data from one form to another: www.jotform.com/help/351-how-to-automatically-pass-form-data-to-another-form/. In the steps to input the form link as an external link, choose "Show Thank You page after submission," then insert the form link with URL parameters anywhere in the message. Good stuff but I can't find any information for the use of the square brackets... not sure how to use, been wasting endless hours trying to figure this out in my forms.

Hello Bernardo, To clarify, some fields such as Full Name are grouped with multiple inputs so they output an array value. To get each value in array, you have to use the input name as well as its key name wrapped with square brackets e.g. inputName[keyName]. what if the form is imbedded on a different website. How do we do that?

Hi @newtovrythng, When a form is embedded on your webpage, replace the form URL with the webpage's URL where your form is embedded followed by the URL parameters. You skipped a step. You pasted the first link and didn't show where it originated. Its like it just appeared because you clicked that area. THATS VERY VITAL. To skip it then try to explain where it came from is more confusing for the average user. Some would just give up and move to a more user friendly product
