The Situational Judgement Test (SJT) is commonly found in the training contract application process and tests your ability to react to certain situations you could find yourself facing in the workplace. This video talks about my experiences with the SJT, as well as tips on how to do well. I also talk a little about scenario based interviews too, which you could be undertaking later on in the training contract process. Hope you find this video useful :)

I've taken so many of these tests and have only "passed" one I am going to try the honesty thing a few times and see how that works. None of my tests have timers but I tend to do it within limits after comparing the maximum expected time and actual time

Yaas, ya girl really needed this. I did a situational judgement test for a law firm and unfortunately did not pass. I think based on the feedback I was too hesitant and not confident enough to take initiative even though in real life I would. I was afraid of coming across as too confident. But anyway lesson learnt
