I enjoy your videos as I looove Excel but how do you protect the document from editing only; what i mean is the document can still be open, but not change any information only allowing to view and print. Not sure if there will another video out there, but your tutoring and explanation makes it easy to understand and follow.

Thanks for the vid. I use MS365 and under file, info protect document there's no dropdown menu option. I only have the option to click "protect document" which reads underneath - "alway open view only to prevent accidental changes by asking readers to opt in to editing" Why don't i have the same dropdown options box to create a password? Thanks
