Thats a nice, elegant way, to get rid of those holes and to reshape the swoosh. Have seen soo many shoes, where u see them...

Another crazy thing to do when replacing a swoosh without a sewing machine is by sewing at the edges of the swoosh. Can be done by hand. It doesn't need to be exactly perfect but it will have the effect that it's been stitched although it was really just glued.

It’s funny on my first pair I customized I accidentally cut through the leather a little but trying to take off the swoosh so this was really helpful 👍🏾😁

I seen other people commenting using tape, I don't think it's enough force. But I would recommend using pliers instead of tweezers. You get a lot more grip, can grab multiple at a time, and more leverage so they come out easier. Any with a flat top works best, but I personally use slip joint pliers (you can use lineman, long nose, needle nose). Also, I think it's better to pull away with your arm instead of your wrist from the side.

i’ve done tape it works but don’t use like regular scotch tape i used like electrical tape it needs a little more force to come out

I'm not trying to be a hater at all but what is your experience with how durable is this method? I'm afraid that with the use and movement it would encounter. Its only in the holes not laying on top so it will stay secure in there. The swoosh areas also dont bend often so overall it should last
