I dont peel mine I just cut off the top and bottom, mark them as if to peel and freeze it. I cook mine with the skin with milk or oil and it always comes out great. Breakfast is looking Delicious 🇯🇲. Thanks for sharing 🙏

I grew up peeling green bananas that same way. I still do: some people boil it with the skin but I call that pig food because that’s how my grandparents did it for the pigs.

yes that is a good idea too! oil. lemon or lime.or flour. so the bananas don't get black when cooking.

I freeze them in the skin and then cook them in the skin. So much easier.

i tried it before. soaked in pink salt water overnight.just to mimic salt fish.you are right, it was good. But don't eat Tofu since. as my Family does not like it.

Hey can smone help? I froze matooke(green banana) n when I did unfreeze it after 3days,it had a weird taste and some turn grayish.why is that

Gloria! after three days they should not have turned black! so try buying from another source. and do not unfreeze bananas. as a matter of fact let them stay in the freezer until the water is boiling . Then put them in. BLESSINGS!
