I bowl in 3 different houses. My main house has Qubica synthetic approaches, while the other 2 have wood approaches. On my TPC Fiesta shoes, I also use the 10 sole and 2 heel in all 3 houses. As usual, Benjy, great information. Keep the videos coming!

Thank you for this! I’ve been having so many slide problems that it’s been affecting my knee. I’m going to change up my sole and heel and see if it helps!

Have always bought high-in bowling shoes, even when I first started bowling. The pro shop pro said that was half the battle of good foot work.

Or you can cut each pad in half and use a 10-8 on the same shoe with the 2 heel. The slide pads have that perfect flex zone to cut it in half.
