How to Perform a Hard Reboot for the SonoSite M-Turbo

Күн бұрынSometimes the Turbo freezes or displays an error screen that can be resolved by holding down the power button. In this case you will have to perform a hard reboot.
1. Power off your system
2. Remove all the probes from the triple connector
3. Disconnect the triple connector
4. Remove the clamshell from the cart
5. Remove the battery from the clamshell
6. Replace the battery
7. Reconnect the triple connect
8. Reconnect the clamshell to the cart
9. Replace all the probes into different bays from where they were originally connected.
The removal of the probes and reconnection of the probes can be done at any point before reconnecting the clamshell.

We have Sono-site edge and acting crazy. Power on you can little flashes. I have replaced the new charger and battery. I thought problem go away but machine acting up again. Some time turn on and some time it just doing like original problem. Do you have any suggestion?

milmed farma i would suggest contacting sonosite. I don’t have access to their error codes.

If it is on a blue screen would contact clinical engineering or the company service; could be a hardware problem

I have a very similar model (Micromaxx). Just ordered a new power supply. My unit will not power on. Any common failures with power that I can repair?

If you have another micromaxx you can try to swap the battery and the power cord to see which of the 2 is the problems and need replacement. The battery can be past it’s life and no longer charge. The other problem can be in the power brick converter.

hi, my M-turbo no found. screen blue P: (rc !=ERROR) C: 0xaa6 (2726) D: 0x0 (0) What can it be?

the turbos run on an older version of windows and sometimes there are errors with probe or settings switching, especially if you are moving very fast. If a soft or hard reboot doesn't fix the problem there may be an internal hardware problem. You will have to contact your rep or the company help line with the type of system you were using and the probe connected and what you were doing.

Hello Jason! How do I reset the password for a titan I bought used? I called sonosite but they no longer offer support for this model. And I no lomger have contact with the person I bought it from. Thank you!

Not sure what password you mean. I haven’t used or serviced a titan in a long time.
