Learn the basics of CPR in this quick KZfaq video.
Before performing CPR, ensure the casualty is lying down, flat on their back ideally on firm ground.
Keep administering 30 compressions and two rescue breaths until either:
• A qualified medical professional tells you to stop
• You become too exhausted to continue
• When prompted by the automated external defibrillator
• The casualty is waking up and showing signs of life, moving opening their eyes and breathing normally
