scheis123 I think maybe they were put here to test the hardness of our hearts. One thing birds do extremely well is to flush out the soulless and heartless among us. All you have to do is just listen to the comments people make if you're feeding them, or if the subject comes up in a conversation. The good folks will identify themselves quickly, and so will the assholes. This can save enormous amounts of time and energy otherwise wasted trying to figure somebody out. It's one of many reasons why birds are our allies and good to have around.When somebody says "a little bird told me....." it's not all that far from the truth.

Pigeons don't have souls or hearts. They are just animals. Simple as that without the sentimental sugarcoating.

Instinct, etc. "Soul" is what we label a consciousness that is also self-aware but that is not above what the brain allows. A pidgeon brain is not at the same capacity of self-awareness as a human's, therefore they should not be put in the same category of mind.

We are aware of what cruelty means, and that pigeons also suffers pain, it is the reason the human being should look out for these birds.Humans have consciousness and that's why we have the responsibility to take care of our planet and all the animals. But maybe you would like to know that where I live, they are people that take care of every sick or injured pigeon in the city. If you find one, you call them and they go where you are to pick him/her up. There are people trying to make a better balance for them ❤️

@@faline4595 where do you live? I live in London and i call LWP organisation and couple of days ago there were 8+ pigeons trapped in a mesh and no body came so they starved to death And you are not weird i love them soo much i feed them at 7 different locations

I love pigeons they are a very misunderstood bird, I've rescued a few pigeons when they got sick or to wet from the rain. Unfortunately some died while others fully recovered. I've learnt a lot about pigeons and how to care for them. They are still very independent of course, but unfortunately bad weather can badly effect all species of birds. Wish more ppl would rescue injured or soaking wet birds, it's very REWARDING helping them get back into the air and happy again 😇

Hey now... Pet rats are very sweet and intelligent. Rats are social creatures who form strong and deep bonds with their owners. Three of my four shower me with kisses and love cuddling. The only reason why My one don't is because he's a half wild baby I'm currently taming and even he's a sweet boy. My one rat got out and came to me when I called his name. Rats are amazing and if anything are literally personality wise like dogs if they groomed themselves non-stop like cats.

Peter W Anybody who's willing to spend time with them and provide not only food, but water for them to wash themselves will soon be surprised to witness a most remarkable transformation. They'll push each other out of the way to get in and clean themselves because they don't like being dirty and nasty any more than we do. Once they're fed and hydrated and clean, they are actually very lovely critters and fun to have around because they're extremely friendly and sociable. The investment of time and energy plus a little food and water pays off nicely in the long run.

Kila Kwin I made a scraper with a long stick. I scrape up the poop and let it dry out, and put it on the plants before I water them. It saves me a fortune in plant food and works better than anything you buy in the store. I've got 3 cactuses that every body said I should just give up on. The dried pigeon poop and generous watering brought them back from the brink of oblivion, and now they look great.

@@valentds I don't see why parents treat birds the same as dogs. Birds are more emotionally stable and the only thing you need to worry about for the majority of time is noise. But, this is a big but, birds can be expensive as hell. My tiels alone took about a 1000 dollar dent in my wallet. Don't forget the vet Bill's and constant treats and replacement of toys
