Well a company can manipulate their sales and growth number. But they can't alter the dividends they give and the tax pay rate. I'll recommend a book to you 'how to avoid loss and earn consistently in the Stock market' by Prasanjit Paul (he's a SEBI registered research analyst)

Ye ratta mar lia. Bhale hi debt to equity 1 se jyada ho par interest coverage ratio achha ho company ka to dikkat kaha aa rahi he. Aesa kuch nahi hota 1 se kam ho to hi achha aur 1 se jyada ho to bura 😂

The thing is why should we filter out stocks in five minutes. It will be a disaster if we were to choose a stock in five minutes. If you can't spend enough time studying a stock then direct investment is not for you.

it depends if you want to take more risk or not. Big companies generally have lesser risk, whereas smaller companies have way more risk than the bigger ones. For more money, you will have to take more risk. She can't explain each and every small thing in a short. For that you should watch longer videos of her. :)

@@amitfromgurgaon2883there is only risk. It's a gamble. One can only make money in the stock market if they have more access and knowledge about the companies growth. Being a regular investor it's a big gamble. Most retailer investors usually go for stocks with lower price and expect huge profits. Smarter ones put their money in large cap stocks. They may or may not make profits. But these are usually safer. But then there are examples of Yes bank that crashed and ITC that wasn't giving returns for a decade.

Negative FCF is not always a bad thing. A company with a promising future can strategically leverage debt to fuel growth and achieve ambitious goals, even if it means temporarily sacrificing positive free cash flow (FCF). Similarly, a higher debt ratio may be justified if it's used to drive meaningful investments and expansion, rather than simply accumulating liabilities. In such cases, the focus should be on the company's overall potential and growth prospects, rather than solely on short-term financial metrics.
