Everything fine.But I Could not find the concept of putting a stop loss.

Long build up + open and low + highest put option interest ..in this not able to understand open and low part.

Option chain which is shown, is updated according to latest price(today) then why is she comparing it to yesterday's price? Because yesterday's option chain was different. I think this is little fishy.
