Theres 10 leads in total . Where arexthe other two ?

Be careful, you're referring to the 10 lead wires/electrodes. Lead wires are NOT the same as leads. The 10 electrodes/lead wires create 12 "electrical views" of the heart, called leads. The 12 leads are what you see on the ECG. Please see the full video on 12 lead ECG placement for more detail. Hope that helps! 🙏
