beware of the river near merlion smells like sewage last time we was there, like 15 day old poop, maybe it was intentional to help keep the bridge safe and empty

Coming from Australia I don't find Singapore expensive. It is very exxy compared to much of Asia of course, but for me it's no more than any Australian city.

I am Singaporean. 50k peso which is about 1.3ksgd is more than enough for 4d3n. Food cost can be cheap if u eat at hawker centres and food courts. Restaurants will be expensive. Its not that expensive like in Australia or USA where food prices are very expensive. $3.50 singapore dollars can get you a bowl of noodles or economic rice at a hawker centre easily
