Ordered 4 types of Dahlias from Longfield gardens this year and 3 of my varieties have already began sprouting through the soil. I can’t wait to watch them grow and show their beautiful display of colors.

Great video! I ended up cutting the top off after it had four sets of real leaves at the bottom. I now have a big hole in the stem, and that leaves are drooping and what do I do? The whole is not filling in. The stem is about the size of my little finger, and a rather large hole that I think is losing all the moisture from the plant. What have I done wrong and how do I correct it? I have 34 and I did it to about twenty-six of them!

Two of my dahlia tubers didn't sprout and became all squishy and wet on the inside but the others grew fine. What did I do wrong? :(

This video is totally incorrect. You don’t need a stem to get a dahlia plant, you can plant an individual Dahalia tuber. Also, you had a broken neck to one of the tubers and without a neck, it will not produce anything.
