I will see what I can do. I have had great success running a 33 stack, 70 Umbrella, and a shifted 62 with the FS as a LB or linemen against a Single Wing Offense. All of these are in my book the 62 Multi 8 Youth Football Defense at CoachParker.org.

Hey Coach,how do you teach your DE to deal with pulling guards kicking them out.We are a wing t team and are playside guard kicks out first man that shows past TE on the sweep

yep we sure do, but our DE technique we should be high in backfield before that kickout. Our DE should not be sitting at LOS. He is blitzing to high near RB as fast as he can. If he does get caught fight block extended hands and rodeo hand outside hand and fight up and over to turn in RB into our LB or DT. we could also run a stunt to stop or drop him off los that too. we would figure that out from scout film or half time adjustments if we were getting beat on that play

Hey Coach great videos but arnt you showing us olb responsibilities? Defensive ends are over the offensive tackles shooting c gaps no?

Corey Andrews no in the 62 defense you have dfensive guards, defensive tackles and defensive ends.

In this case DGs have A gaps, ILB have B, DTs have C and DEs Contain. You should watch more of my 62 defensive videos. Its all there.

Thanks coach! I’m coaching defense for my 7-8 yr old team this year and I wanted to try this, Im from Ct and we have league rules for this age, no nose, no blitzing ect but as along as the opposing team doesnt run true spread we can have 6 kids on the line
