Whenever I try to use DOSBOX, it just stays on a gray screen with the logo in the back. Do you have any idea what this means or how I can fix this? (I have a Nintendo 3DS XL.)

When I run DOSBOX on my old3ds I get error code "can't allocate main memory of 16 MB" how can i fix this

Try changing the “machine=“ line in the config file to “machine=vgaonly”?

Try with the DOSBOX ds version

Change the machine to vgaonly and set memory to 8.

Where do you have to put the config file? I didn't understand that part. Also, it appears that it can't locate a memory of 16 mb.

yes works on any 3DS system you will just get better performance on new 3DS/2DS
