Have some more, darling husband. Hmm. Nom-nom. Oh look, a unicorn is playing the piano.” Bach: “I asked for VANILLA! This is CHOCOLATE! You made a MISTAKE. GET OUT! YOU’RE NOT MY SON ANYMORE!!!” Mozart: “Anyway, did I tell you about the time I gave my dog the wrong present and he went back to the forest with it? It was a sad day because I couldn’t have the chews to myself. What IS this stuff? Beer? Well, I’ll have just a TAD bit more. A bit more, please? Thank you. When I was at the U.S. Defense Language Institute in San Antonio in 2002, all six of my international classmates sang "Happy Birthday to Mrs Ponce" for our instructor using each of their mother tongues---Korean, Turkish, Arabic, Bulgarian, Spanish, and Japanese. Mrs Ponce was so delighted to hear six different linguistic versions of the song!

This woman deserves literally every fucking award there is and ever was that last one killed me omg. [edit: Upon my comment I have been made privy to information regarding the original performance that this woman is replicating. It was a genuine mistake, and I always wish to give credit where credit is due :) in the thread below you’ll find info regarding the original creator of this routine -Victor Borge-as well as the piece this talented pianist is copying as many performers do. Mimicry - when done tastefully - is quite different from MOCKERY. It is, in fact, deemed one of the highest forms of praise and flattery one can emote to a creator/artist/colleague. Those who play Mozart in recital are doing no different than this woman. My comment was meant to praise her ability to replicate someone else’s work. That’s all. :) With Peace&Love)
