It seems you're a beginner musician, so I'll tell you this: any song can be incremented with more complex, sophisticated chords, just like any food can be spiced up with different mixes of ingredients. Also, any song can be reharmonized. Some chords might be substituted by others to enphasize a particular ambience and so on, and the opposite is also true: any song can be made easier, so that beginners can play it - which happens to be the case here. It isn't wrong, it's just an easy version.

3:20 some change in the pattern? It's shown as 1&3 in the left, not 1&5, correct?

Hi, I play piano, and I like it very much when you transfer knowledge about music, But I have my doubts about the cords. The cords are more complex. There are a lot of "adds" in the cords, for example the nines, the (minor) 7ths and the suspended 4th. I can play this part very well, and I can tell you this: there is a lot more to do then just playing the cords. And, the first cord isn't B. It is B-minor. The second cord is F# + the minor 7 (it is a blues note making the more music emotionally.

I speak English just fine kind sir. My intentions with the comment, was simply, to let the person writing that nonsense, that he might wan't to reconsider some of the words used in his/her comment, no harm intended :)
