Great match, the lady ran him very close but he has so many answers to her shots and conserves his energy so well sticking around the T! Thank you for posting!!

Quality squash. Good filming too. A small recommendation to camera person. Could you place the microphone in the court instead of where the noisy audience is?.

bro is definitely just filming on his phone and not using an external mic

What gets me is, most occasions either player could have killed the ball and won the point, but they choose to rally instead? I see this alot with competitive squash but could someone explain why, rather than looking for the point early?

If you make the opponent run by staying on the T and placing the ball away from them and rallying, then you will be left with more stamina in the end of the game which would be an advantage as the opponent won't be able to keep up and eventually lose. Killing the ball may get you a point but it won't do the main damage of affecting the other's stamina. The main skills required for squash are good ball placement, away from the opponent and good stamina.

The guy has great preparation on his backhand but he waits too long on his forehand to get his racket up to hit.

He constantly kept letting her off the hook. Many rallies should have ended earlier.

Alex; way too many crosscourts

Her racket preparation is too late on her backhand. She should be getting her racket up sooner than waiting to hit a ball to get the racket up.
