Passive flat damage on hit increased Passive AP ratio on hit increase Passive missing hp proc 2.5 -> 6% per 100 Ap Q AP and Ad ration increased W CD refund increased when evolved Ult AP and AD ratios increased My number guess for best solo hyper carry next pre season
