Hi all, in this video I go over the best PlayStation Portable (PSP) Emulator for Android. PPSSPP is an incredible emulator that has a TON of options.
Included in this video is a tutorial / installation guide with the settings that I use/recommend in order to get your games up and running great!
Please note that most Android phones vary in some way, shape or form, so your settings may differ slightly from mine.

PPSSPP is the best PSP emulator. I have over 56 games, some of them I played before and others I just played like several months ago. This is somehow gives me the nostalgic because I never get to play my favorite games for almost a decade ago with my actual PSP. It's easy for me to download PPSSPP in my computer and cellphone. This is awesome.

Hi i dloaded some frm freeroms but theyre in apk files not iso , tried to extract the files but in ppsspp it says annot lapd game, failed initialising

I have the new Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, I have no issues running aethersx2, however I seem to be having issues running Silent Hill on the PSP emulator was wondering if you could give me any tips on getting it to run better. Should have no issues considering I have a Snapdragon 888.

There's 2 games that I have been wanting to play that are only on psp. Daxter, and there's a ratchet and clank. I got those back when the psp first came out. I'm excited to be able to play those again

What would be awesome is if you could play PSP Games with dual analog controllers and use your own controller. A few titles like MGS Peace Walker would be so much better doing that!

That in fact does work now but only on the pc version of ppsspp. You can play with dual analog controllers

All you really need is a Dualshock 4 Controller; connect it to bluetooth on your handheld device and go ham with it. The Analog doesn't really register well for fighting games though, it only reads Up, Down, Left Right.

does anyone know or is it possible to put OUTLINE FILTER OR EFFECT (the one that looks black lines in character) so it looks like new. am going to use it to YS Seven ppsspp android (coz i use 60fps code and it is very smooth) the one that is in Jeanne D Arc game (it has outline effect) but i am asking if its possible to PPSSPP settings itself.

Depending on the game you can map buttons like the D-pad (eg: Monster Hunter, god eater) to the right analog stick.

I also downloaded the NBA Live 10 rom but for some reason it doesn't want to load, even though I downloaded the emulator and rom. @@MrSujano I have two different ones that have phone clips, The Moga Hero and the Madcatz C.T.R.L.R.... and I've also had some interesting success plugging in usb arcade sticks into android devices via an OTG cable. It can be a very nice way to play fighting games and a good number of 80's classic games. If I recall, there's a good version of Afterburner on the PSP. That'd definitely be worth trying.

i have an s20 and there is no lag, if you want to save yourself some money there are plenty of amazon listings on the s20 for way less than a new s21, the s21's dont even have a new processor or anything.

@@Gregoku yeah this thing is a great emulation machine. I can play most PSP games at 6x-10x native resolution no problem. With a Bluetooth controller it's a great experience. Heck even the on screen controls aren't bad in a pinch I was surprised at how decent they actually are.

@@robknob8828 I prefer a control I use an Xbox controller but eventually I want a nice joycon style controller to snap onto the phone. It really bumps up the experience but the on screen controls also work surprisingly well once they are tweaked.

1. Set frameskip to 1 2. Enable speedup enhancements on graphics section and also disable buffered rendering 3. Enable "Game Mode' which provided by your phone manufacturer if available.
