How To Play Slow Songs With Left-hand Rhythm On Piano
This tutorial is about playing slow songs with a left-hand rhythm on the piano.
Warren introduces two rhythmic left-hand positions that can be used in slow-tempo songs to add energy and interest to the playing.
He demonstrates a rhythmic pattern for chords in the key of F major and explains how to use it to make progressions more interesting.
Warren emphasizes the importance of hand positioning and coordination, recommending practicing hand movements separately before combining them.
He provides examples of how to apply these rhythmic ideas to songs like "Ocean" by Hillsong and "Nothing Else Matters" by Cody Carnes. He offers bonus tips, including a passing chord and a double-handed arpeggio run.

Hello Friend Musician Warren.Breaking down the rhythms you are teaching us,what are really their measures? In the left hand,you are using which figures of notes,eighth notes or others?
@PianoLessonwithWarren

In the intro I was using 16th note rhythm in the left hand. But generally for this style of playing, you want to use a combination of 8th and 16th note rhythmic values in the left hand.

Man, NICE!!! This video is A+++++. Hey that chord would be Ebmaj7(add6). Maj13 would mean you have the 9, and 11 in what you played.

Once the 6th and 7th is presented then it’s a 13rh chord. The 9th and 11th is not necessary for it to be a 13th.
