In this video I show a guide of the opening moves of Sweden into forming the newly adjusted and AMAZING formable of Scandinavia! Remember guys Sweden is NOT OP. Jokes aside, in this video I go over almost every new mission in the Swedish mission tree as well as the new extension Scandinavia mission tree as well as the new SWEDISH SPECIAL UNIT, the Carolean Infantry and the new FINNISH SPECIAL ELITE COMPANY the Hapikalita cavalry.

From conquest, diplomacy, and colonization, the new Swedish and Scandinavian mission tree has it all! And in this video I cover all of it and show realistic ways to get those missions.
In this video I don't do anything crazy, do not exploit and barely even take loans. This isn't some crazy guide or tutorial but rather just a strong way to play Sweden normally for your campaigns in single player and multiplayer.
This video is more comprehensive then my previous videos but I thoroughly enjoyed making it and I hope you enjoy watching it.

The new Scanadanavian formable is now S tier and super amazing. I just love how when you form Scanadavia, the mission tree integrates aspects of Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland! One of the best things about this update is that a armies reinforcement rate is now based of the commanding generals maneuver. Maneuver pips might actually be GOOD now!

That’s always been the case… Manoeuvre pips have always been vital for fighting outside of ones home continent. This isnt new, unless it now affect moral recovery?, but its always increased the manpower reinforcement into troops, 10recovery per manoeuvre pip, at 50 base on provinces not connected to your capital or owned/controlled by you/allies, that meant full recovery 100 per month could be attained by a 5maneouver general.

@@MrCalls1 Artillery now fills the back row more slowly if it comes after the first day of a battle. Maneuver increases the number that can join the battle per day. As far as I'm aware, the out of battle reinforcement is unchanged.

I know this is supposed to be a guide for Sweden and it's a great guide. But what i am most happy to see is the amount of stack wipes, combar really seems to no longer suck and you will no longer get battles that last forever. Really excited to try sweden out!

Have you seen the crazy buffs to max prestige and religions? I legitimately think religious might be an incredibly powerful idea set now (even more than just cheaper stabbing and Des Vault). There's now several religious mechanics that will give you free monarch points. In addition if you get a prestige event but you already have max prestige, then you get free monarch points. Religion increases religious point accumulation and increases prestige.

I just found something extremely broken on the current 1.33 patch, released Mayan, Nahuatl, and Inti nations have all religion reforms instantly unlocked. If you start as a Mayan tag, fully annex Aztecs, convert their land to Mayan and release yourself as them you can get instant 20% ICA and 30% ccr if you take tribal despotism reform. Later on you can become a horde and if you flip Christian before becoming a settled government then you become eastern tech and can even form colonial nations 😂 Normally I’d instantly flip animist through rebels in the new world but being a released instant reformed Mayan is actually viable now

For anyone watching doing the swedish allies mission "the danes are no threat" does say the buff is "until we are independent and are either at peace or have allies during our independence war" which means u lose the buff as soon as u declare if you have a ally. And dont get a big bonus of 100 each mana 200 splendor 25 prestige 10 legitimacy and every danish rival +100 opinion after u win independence.

Maybe each time you write useful info on screen put three white dots for a second first ( . . . ) Then we know text will pop-up and we can pause on time instead of having it pop-up, being too late to pause and having to first go back 10 seconds via mobile to get ready and pause

Just fyi, picking "the danes are no threat" grants you a bonus that you will not get. You only get the bonus if you fight the war without allies, but since you called in Scotland the bonus is removed and you also lose prestige and something else as punishment for "breaking a promise" to the people.

I tried many times winning the war alone after taking that option. Every time the Danes ally the Teutonic Order, which means my fleet is always outnumbered and eventually gets destroyed. At this point I just gave up and I choose the option to seek the help of Denmark's enemies, which makes the war a lot easier but also means I won't get the prize after the war is over.

I just hit this too. If anyone's curious, the reward is: 25 Prestige, 10 Legitimacy, 200 Splendor, 100 of each mana, and "every Danish rival or enemy country and every country which was threatened by Denmark gets +100 opinion of Sweden"

I will write that Sweden is surprisingly easy to play. You could get allies but most of your bonuses are from doing it yourself and you can do that fairly easily. I would recommend that.

I have limited play time of the 12-20 hours playing looking at mission trees, playing briefly and doing this campaign. I experiences 0 crashes and 0 bugs

That was the hapikalita cavalry with caroleans at work man. You move them together and and you cant lose a battle. Of course this is stronger in single player because theres a limited amount of both Carolean and the merc regiments so after two major MP battles the hapikalita will most likely be drained. I also had procced two temporary military missions and had Scandinavian ideas.

All of north is op now, teutons woth their insane hord, Norway with norse colonial empire, riga with its insane trade stuff, gotland with pirat stuff and freking 60 morale, livonians with their insane gov types and abilities to create uniqe gov, and poland-lithuania with their op missions which made them not only mil op, but also dip op, pu ing everithing around them

you could go the extra length and convert to orthodox by spawning rebels in novgorod lands, apart from it being better then catholic, the icon that gives 5% discipline gives nice synergy with the 20% ICA you get from your ideas

Catholic can become HRE emperor easily. Being able to revoke early is the best “modifier” in the game

@@wilkic2 i dont know about you, but if im not playing in the HRE already or as austria, im not looking to become emperor usually, and for the sake of expansion, destroying the HRE would be more beneficial in the long run, unless you are dead set on abusing the vassal swarm in your run

@@nikolazlatic8794 there’s nothing more beneficial in the long run than revoking early. It’s literally the most powerful thing in the game. Totally fine if you want to not play that way, but Catholic is objectively stronger than Orthodox for min-maxing because it allows you to access revoke quickly. That’s my only quibble with your post

that's so insane. That's a new rival to the Turks, cuz If you're doing 200 income and 250 max div's in 1550 in single, it might affect the whole gameplay in mp. Looking forward for Ott-Swed battles at this moment(it surely needs tp be fixed, coz there's tips on a cav, WHICH IS INSANE DUDE)
