Any overall tips when watching the bowler bowl out of the hand. I have recently moved up an age bracket and players are starting to swing the ball consistently and I’m struggling to anticipate in swing or outswing. Any tips on this would be very much appreciated, great video once again!

Most bowlers up until you get to a very high level will have one dominant ball, whether that be away swing or in swing. So realistically you only have to play the one and be aware that they might have the other one. Watching from the hand is a skill that comes with experience. But you can look to improve. If you see the wrist dropping inwards it should be an in-swinger and if the wrist stays stable in general it should be an away swinger. You could potentially also look at the ball itself in the hand, which side is shiny etc. to determine what the bowler is looking to do. Its very difficult to cover in a video or give tips as most bowlers obviously try to hide it and also have different ways of bowling their deliveries.

Film yourself playing the shot during a net session. Your eyes and head might be falling over anticipating a drive and the short ball is catching you off guard. Have a look at your trigger movement and how it's affecting your head position.

Do the drill, but use your left hand, where we use our right hand to hit the ball. If you are not strong enough, add your other hand, but focus on hitting the ball with your bottom hand.
