You need to enable a few settings in developer options which I showed in video And then restart

You need to do some settings in developer options 1st enable it by going to software information then tap build number 7 times Then go to developer options Then look for allow apps to be resizeable and allow freeform windows Then restart phone And then it should work 😺

Well that happens because your phone is not capable of running 2 roblox at same time. Probably because your phone is mid range phone or a low end phone
