For people curious or concerned people usually wear C-Sting thongs in outfits like this. They can come in different sizes and colors. They can be a type of like sicker/pad or a more like durable one that be like bent in place. They also make C-strings for males. But of course there are those that actually do go commando in these kinds of outfits.
