I have played on a couple of improvised teams now, and i really wish that we (my ex-teams and i) had watched this video back then. Everything you pointed out, about what could go wrong if you dont follow these 5 steps, went wrong for us. I think it is a really great video, and definitely one of the most usefull cs vids out there at the time, for the purpose being ofc. Great job and i am looking forward to check out your other vids :))

great video, very useful stuff ! i don't quite agree with the 5th point tho, i mean some tactics might include some complex smokes/nades that you can't find on youtube, what you could do is take screenshots or make a quick video where you show all the nades needed for the execute, and give them for teammates to view before pracs.

Thank you for the video, it is very helpful) Привет, это Майкл, и сегодня мы поговорим о путях быстрой и эффективной командной тренировки. Эффективной я называю тренировку, которая хорошо организована, интересна игрокам и в действии улучшит вашу общую производительность в игре. 1. Подготовка. Первый и самый важный элемент эффективной тренировки это хорошая подготовка, или другими словами, хорошая организация. Помню, когда я вернулся в КС после 3-летней паузы, я начал искать команду. Я попробовал несколько команд, и в большинстве из них была большая проблема с организацией, что было реально разочаровывающем для всех. Смешно то, что в то же время никто не хотел внести некоторые правила, чтобы бороться с проблемой. Мы теряли около получаса каждый день на каких-то рандомных побегушках и стрельбе по карте, перерывов на перекур или туалет во время тренировки, перерывов на поесть, звонки и прочие АФК-вещи. Элементарно, даже если мы все были готовы в тимспике скажем в 5 часов, мы начинали тренировку около 5:30 или даже в 6. С каждой минутой ожидания кого-нибудь, ожидания «Парни, 2 минуты и я вернусь» мы становимся все больше и больше раздраженными, уставшими и теряли желание участвовать в тренировке. Если вы хотите избегать подобных ситуаций, вы должны практиковать правило 6П: «proper prior preparation prevents poor performance» (надлежащая предварительная подготовка предотвращает плохую работу). Другими словами, когда ты фейлишь само планирование - ты планируешь зафейлить. Я гарантирую вам, что каждая минута, потраченная на подготовку, может сохранить вам до 10 минут работы, что лучше того, как вы просто тратите время непосредственно в ее течение. Что я имею в виду под словом «Подготовка»? Вообще, один из членов команды, желательно ИГЛ, должен иметь письменный план, как он будет общаться с людьми до тренировки, чтобы они правильно настраивались и знали, чего ожидать. Сейчас я покажу вам пример тренировочного графика, который я использую. Лучшее время, чтобы подготовить короткий план для следующих тренировок, это время прямо после того как вы заканчиваете тренировку на сегодня. Вы будете все еще помнить, что шло хорошо, а какие элементы некоторых тактик нуждаются в улучшении. Попросите каждого, чтобы он остался еще на 5 минут дольше, и соберите их фидбек. Вместе с этим, минимум каждый должен иметь свою собственную работу в отдельных тактиках, записанную в деталях, на бумаге или в каком-нибудь ворд файле. Это позволит всем быстро вспоминать все роли перед какими-нибудь важными матчами, где дается очень мало времени для подобных штук. Когда вы уже достаточно подготовлены, вы можете начинать каждую тренировку с короткого повторения пройденного материала. Это отличный способ запоминать тактики, и в течение матча у вас будут все тайминги и смоки в голове. Например, если вы на предыдущей тренировке практиковали Т сторону на инферно, быстро пройдитесь по всем тактикам. ИГЛ просто колит название страты, и каждый должен заранее знать какая у него роль и что они должны купить без колебаний.

3. Сделайте график тренировок. Найдите, какой тип тренировок подходит вашей команде лучше всего. Например, большинство команд предпочитают просто играть против других тим, вместо того чтобы тренить некоторые страты на пустом сервере. Если это случай вашей команды, убедитесь то что часть, которую вы меньше всего любите хорошо подготовлена, так что вы сможете сделать ее максимально гладко. Это позволит игрокам поддерживать их концентрацию и внимание на долгий период времени. Мы помним, то что чем быстрее вы отработаете неприятные моменты, тем быстрее вы перейдете к более приятным вещам. Ниже мой 6-часовой график, который я использовал со своими прошлыми командами. 1. Разбор вчерашних матчей 2. Повторение уже разобранных тактик 3. Тренировка страт (1,5 ч. - 2,5 ч., в зависимости от того как она проходит) 4. 2-3 пракических матчей (2,5 - 3,5 ч. в зависимости от длительности матчей) 5. Сбор устного фидбека о матчах и запись его с заметками (5-10 минут) 4. Тренируйте одну карту в неделю. Много недавно собранных команд хотят покорить про-сцену основываясь лишь на мотивации и амбициях. Это так не работает. Обычно, такие команды после некоторого периода волнения и слишком больших ожиданий от себя, начинают разваливаться если что-то идет не так. Это происходит от отсутствия базы, или «корней», называйте как хотите. Если у команды нет цельного фундамента, она не пройдет тест временем. По моему мнению, таким фундаментом является хорошая тактическая подготовка. Соберитесь с командой и обсудите, какие карты вы хотите играть и какие вы не хотите. Можете сделать голосование. Затем, начните практиковать одну из выбранных карт на протяжении минимум недели. Решите, сколько тактик вам необходимо за каждую сторону, сколько пистолетных раундов, сколько эко раундов и т.д. и т.п. Смотрите на оппонентов, которые готовы играть на карте которую вы хотите тренировать, и не принимайте никаких других вариантов. По существу, сделайте одну карту от А до Я, перед тем как переходить к следующей. После одной недели вы берете другую карту, и после месяца тренировок у вас в маппуле 4 хорошо подготовленных карты которые вы можете играть выборочно. Конечно, когда вы начали работать над второй и над третьей картой, не забывайте повторять предыдущие каждые несколько дней. Скажем, максимум 20 минут на карту. Просто делайте прогон каждой страты и все.

6. Избегайте практики гранат в течение тренировочного процесса. Нахождение новых флешек, смоков и молотовых должно быть домашней работой каждого игрока. Это очень большая трата времени, когда вы делаете это с пятью людьми на одном сервере, так что пытайтесь избегать этого любой ценой. Если вы испытывали подобное, вы возможно понимаете о чем я говорю. На Ютубе существуют сотни туториалов по гранатам на каждой карте, и этот контент легко доступен каждому. Также, все в команде должны знать не только как откидывать свои гранаты, но и фактически должны уметь кидать каждую гранату из каждой тактики. Могу вам сказать по собственному опыту, что это очень комфортно для ин-гейм лидера, когда он может рассчитывать на каждого игрока в этом аспекте. Это очень важно особенно в ситуациях, когда в течение матча одного игрока забрали, но вы все равно хотите сыграть тактику, которая требует того, кто убит. Остальные игроки должны иметь возможность надеть любую шкуру, и бросить свой смок, флеш или молотов без каких-либо проблем. Суммируя все пункты, давайте еще раз по ним пройдемся. 1. Подготовка и организация. 2. Создайте ваш собственный плейбук. 3. Имейте тренировочный график. 4. Работайте над одной картой в течение недели. 5. Избегайте поиск гранат во время тренировок. Это, по моему мнению, основные пункты которые должна исполнять команда для быстрой и эффективной тренировки. В своем опыте я использовал только первые 4 пункта, но в дальнейшем собираюсь включать все 5.

Świetne - naprawdę prosto i klarownie przeprowadzone instrukcje :) Po akcencie domyślam się, że polak, ale bardzo wyraźnie mówisz :) I sporo potwierdzenia z tym jak myślałem, żeby przeprowadzić trening (szczególnie mówiłem, żeby każdy sobie sam opracował smoki obowiązkowo, a na początek zająć się jedną mapą przez kilka dobrych dni, a nie mieszać), a dodatkowo nauczyłem się kilku cennych uwag.

It's not set in stone whether it's better to practice 1 particular map per week or 2-3 maps per week. It depends on the amount of time put in per day into practicing throughout said week, for example, in regards to this 6-hour practice that you highlighted (which is an incredible amount of daily practice for a non-professional team) - it would be complete overkill to practice just one map. For a team to get their fundamentals in place (when still a new team, a modified line-up, whatever), they don't need more than 4-5 scrims per map. What matters at first are defaults, map control procedures, reactions to map pressure etc; any coordinated strategies or specific executes you want to learn afterwards can be done slowly and incrementally. Today's CS meta is not about rigid strategies anymore, it's about fluidity.

hi siim605, thanks for putting yout time to give your point of view. let me elaborate a bit and explain mine POV though. It's not set in stone whether it's better to practice 1 particular map per week or 2-3 maps per week. -well this is what was working for my team. We tried practicing few different maps at the same time but we noticed that it takes longer to improve so we sticked to just one map per week. It was sometimes VERY boring but once you get a discipline and start seeing results is gives you huge motivation boost. For a team to get their fundamentals in place (when still a new team, a modified line-up, whatever), they don't need more than 4-5 scrims per map. -at the time we were like top10 pol team and we wanted to climb the ladder fast so we were able to put 5-6h per day 5 days per week. but you are right it is a great sacrifice for a non-pro team to practice that much. That is why organization is very important so that you use the time you have to the fullest. What matters at first are defaults, map control procedures, reactions to map pressure etc; any coordinated strategies or specific executes you want to learn afterwards can be done slowly and incrementally. Today's CS meta is not about rigid strategies anymore, it's about fluidity. - back in the days the meta was a bit different. Especially with 1.6 where there were not molotovs and rushes strategies were more popular, or rather we should say possible.. again. defaults are the key, sure thing, but for them to work well you need to have good communication and in-game leader who knows how to read the opponent and make a proper mid-game calls. For my team back in the days we were winning most of the rounds by just utilizing strats. sometimes it was from 1:45 that wewere taking positions and executing it, but most often we knew which nades we have to keep and the remaining smokes/flashes we were using to either take control over some areas or fake other BS before execution.

because on DM you are calm and focus on your aim, not really caring if you die or not. On faceit you dont have unlimited lives per round and that is why you are not so comfortable taking duels there.

it was all written in polsih, and bacvk in the days (2011) the maps were totally different. I do not have it anyway as we had it in some notepad files on our PC and one mate had it all written down on paper. I remember that during LAN event in Poland called EGU (east games united) in Białystok we were playing vs SNAX'es team MaxFloPlay and everyone was chearing for us (including AGAiN, who were standing behind our back) and after a-site Fake strat we pulled off (MY INVENTIONS! :D) he was looking from behind my mate shoulder to see what kind of strats we have there. We lost train after 2 overtimes in the end and were sent home packing in the quaterfinals ;/ Again won the tournament destroying FearFactroy (thx & co) in the finals.
