A million thoughts just played thru my head like a strange film. I’m even inspired to record my thoughts somewhere so I can recall this AHHA moment “when I realized my soul really does know more than my mind” and my scientific self needs to start to shut up and figure out that point where heart and mind actually balance each other on the divine scale and are plainly standing before us as truth. Mantak Chia and Margot Anand write about it, and have videos and books. You practice gradually moving energy through the microcosmic orbit ( up and down the spine and building the flow and energy. ). Use breath visualization and connection with the energy, and then practice self pleasure with these practices. It’s powerful and really works. You can heal and transform your life with it. And as you change your energy a partner who is a match will show up sooner or later :)

It might be more popular than you think. I learned of karezza while dating a man with ED. We were able to enjoy long, beautiful, love-making sessions while eliminating the shame he felt from his condition. It’s a pretty common occurrence these days, so there may be a market for sex without the pressure to “finish”.

I don't think kundalini is something you can lose, more so, it is a powerful way to manifest and shift realities if used appropriately. The need for orgasm is just the need for release. You can pull the energy through your bodies and hold it there to manifest and shift, but by no means does this infer the need to deny climax indefinitely. It needs to be used clearly and concisely for connection. It is a bonding activity, one that requires pause. While I agree with this in theory, individuals hoping to raise their vibration also need to be honest with themselves about shame and purity culture that may be the real reason for avoiding even self intimacy. Shame and fear block the sacral chakra, which has to be open for that energy to reach the crown. Peace.

@@mchalo188 Shame, guilt, and unworthiness are things that can be almost like generational curses that you have to heal layer by layer. You forgive your line by seeing their humanity. You give them humanity by giving yourself forgiveness and humanity. Healing happens in layers. If we were born already complete, there would be nowhere else to go. There is no shame in not having full understanding. We are always learning more. Hold space for that learning process by being at peace in how far you have come.

Curses are a word thrown around more than responsibility - and it is a human beings lack of responsibility and leadership that has been the root causes of all this emotional plauge bullshit in the first place. People always want to blame somebody else like a family member a demon or the devil when it is infact themselves who are unable to take charge. You see it even in religion people accepting God's will what happened to giving yourself credit ? I had full blown kundalini awakening without practice of semen retention so I totally agree… People should work on getting better sleep early and Gym, solid nutrition including meat and not taking substances, smoking or alcohol too rather than abstaining from release first. I noticed people tend to focus totally on correcting the higher level things rather than creating a solid root foundation in the first place.

I used to be addicted to sex as a way to cope, and an analogy I would always use after I stopped was that it was like trying to fill a hole in my heart with sand, I haven’t hooked up with anyone in about 7 months now and I was just thinking and really contemplating on going back to it, the reason I stopped was because I wanted to wait for my soulmate and stop self destructive tendencies but I really miss the feeling of being intimate with another person, this video came at the perfect time for me so thank you

Absolutely incredible. Having read and studied this topic (sex / sexuality) from many many perspectives during a proces of life not a single book or video has batted as many home runs as you did trough this one. Absolutely stunning work and thank you. As a man during these times I have found anxiety and stress over womens wanting to be choked and beaten up and all that stuff as I have not felt that that stuff comes naturally out of me in the moment. I have always longed for more sensual but felt that '' I need to learn '' to do all that rougher stuff and invent always new ways to ''spice things up'' etc etc. So where I am coming with this is that this information also sort of relieved a lot of insecurity and anxiety towards sex that I just now find I had built lately as being single for a while. I feel the same way but reversed being a woman. It has seriously disturbed me how some men have wanted to abuse my body and left me wanting to be celibate and single. Before my spiritual awakening, I was out of touch with what I really craved and needed, and thus had an unconscious attitude towards sex which left me very dissatisfied. Having experienced just a glimmer of this practice in my own energy field and through my awakening has given me a newfound hope that it is possible to find others who feel similarly. This was the most beautiful video I have seen in my life. I’ve gotten so much love for myself in the most profound way possible. Because of how society makes orgasms sound, I used to think something was wrong with me because I never orgasmed vaginally. I now understand that that’s why I still had such a burning love for my partner after sex. But they became disinterested. Totally agree. Like everything else nowadays, people have completely lost the whole purpose of two resonating souls coming together and literally merge and " in a whole nother universe " as more than one partner has told me. Trying not to brag but more explaining. 2 of my were scarred by the one man in their world that should have been protecting them! Anyways, needless to say, they grew up taught that sex was a tool or weapon and nothing else. You are not alone. I have several friends who study and "practice" alchemy ever since they were young, and they still get it wrong. You should see their laboratories. And the amazing part is when they come to me and tell me they have succeded in making some gold (they mean the real metal here). I just look at them, smile and say "Wow, that's great". You don't know how many times they have offered to "initiate" me, which I have always respectfully turned down.

Your ability to thoroughly convey such a deep message is as impressive and inspiring as always. After watching your initial sexual transmutation video back in December, I attempted it on my own for some time, however I (predictably) eventually stopped. This video expanded upon the topic perfectly, and the importance of undergoing this process as a couple is now clear. I had the conversation with my "less spiritually-inclined" partner, and we are both prepared to undertake the challenge. I am truly excited to find what this will bring. Side note: Deciding to show your face on these videos and in the Discord was a wonderful idea. Being able to read your facial expressions and hand gestures greatly improves the level of communication!

After just watching this Gene I’m stunned because the truth of what you described is in a way hard for me to conceive (no pun intended) My concept of sexuality in the matter of a few minutes has completely changed.
