How to practise Tai Chi Techniques - Wave Hands Like Clouds - Pull down through to Push

We are coming to the end of the Lam short form and the classical techniques that we are showing exist therein.
In this video we show the techniques Wave Hands Like Clouds and the straightforward Pull down through to Push.
We show only one simple technique from Wave Hands like Clouds and I have not made a great effort to show it from numerous angles or in huge detail. This is because there are a number of techniques in the simple movement yet they are relatively straightforward to understand, once you see how the movement works.
Pull down through to Push again is very straightforward.
After the small bit of humour we have a Behind the Scenes set of clips, showing how we have gone about making these videos for you.

Thank you for sharing this - very instructive and clearly explained. I hope the recipient of Sifu Rand's demonstration made a quick recovery. It was, at least, all in a good cause!
