We all hit art blocks at some point in our creative careers. Sometimes we're able to beat them and stop them from happening, but not until we understand how to deal with them in a productive way.
Getting down a lot of ideas when you're in a good creative mindset is incredibly useful because later on, if and when you hit a block creatively, you can draw from your library of ideas that you've sketched out when you were in a good place.
Have a fantastic day, and until next time, keep creating & take care!

Good tip, Galen. I do the same thing with video ideas. On days when I'm feeling productive, I dump all of my thoughts to evernote and then on the days when I don't know what to draw or make a video about, I have a pool of ideas to choose from that are already partially started.

Precisely! It's such a good way to easily build up a good library of ideas to draw from. The only downside I see is that I now have so many ideas for things, I know I'll never be able to complete them all. XD But I'd still rather have that problem than not have any ideas.

This is great advice, I do find it's helpful to have a bunch of unfinished stuff to choose from so I can work on drawings at various stages (roughs, tight pencils, inks, color) depending on my mood and other factors. Thanks for uploading this!

Well said. I tend to get caught up in productivity or learning and get stuck on the creative part. Working towards doodles and sketchs to get some ideas out. Hopefully one day I feel like developing them like you said. Thank you#
