I injected 50ml BAC into the peptide but only retrieved 42ml of reconstituted peptide. The bottle sppears to be empty. Is this normal?

Aren't you supposed to inject air into the bac water before pulling out water? As much air in the needle that you want to draw out?

no need to change needle after using it on peptide bottle? i heard that the rubber damages the needle?

Hi, I'm a licensed nurse injector... I was trained to always change the needle before injection, but you really don't have to. The rubber will dull the needle and make the injection a bit uncomfortable, depending on your pain tolerance. So it's really up to you.

How do you know if air is in the needle? And if there is, how do you remove it?

The peptide is usually lyophilized (freeze-dried), so you mix with a reconstitution liquid and then it can be injectible.
