Preparaton and practice will make you better than the majority of the people who present, Ирина! If you're already watching our videos you'll become a great presenter over time. Stay confident and keep trying, you got this!

Is it appropriate to wear eye glasses during presentation?

Absolutely! Well... specifically any regular glasses are appropriate. Novelty glasses like the ones that give you a fake nose and moustache are often a bad idea.
