Common traits of weebs are using Japanese words (often incorrectly) in sentences and writing UwU or OwO faces. That was so TASTEFUL! I wanted to see other "samovar" videos, and yours is at the top of the list BY FAR! Here in the states some people have these but it's usually a decoration, I've met people who forgot how it works, it's just a symbol of hospitality. So, Boris, you have brought some light into the darkness! Here I have the technology and the tea, but not the snow. When it gets cold here (not every year) it's really a treat to get out one of these and put charcoal or pinecones or something in there and boil up, and drink tea all day. I learned about this from Iranian people, who are particular about tea, and seem to think that this is the true way, especially if the small teapot is sitting in the steam from the boiler. People who want to follow in the Way of Boris might be glad to know that it's fairly easy to buy one of these online, or sometimes in Persian markets. I have gotten several economical rugged stainless steel ones that were made in Turkey, you can find this on eBay. They're really light and efficient and boil quickly just using little sticks. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration! This is still part of the Boris economy recipe series I think, even if the Samovar is expensive, a pound of tea supposedly makes three hundred cups, so it's very cheap even if it's good tea.

Boris, i have to say that this video was incredible. I really liked it and i think its one of the three best on your channel. I hope when i will have oppurtunity to travel to Russia I will buy my own samovar and will use it for some special and enjoyable moments with my friends or family. Also i really like that you even after 2 years and huge succes on youtube still have your own slavic style. Although you changed my life a little bit. The way I think, the way I speak, what I eat. I even started searching more about slavic mythology and culture. With my friend we tried 4 your recipes and they went out blyatifuly. Even people who were scared of our cooking abbilities and what we were cooking were impressed. So thank you Boris for all that stuff you gave me and others. Greetings from Czech republic, the home of cheap beer Matěj "Johan" J****** P.S. I hope I will be able to send you something very soon so be prepared.

Marko Vidakovic In todays world globalization is everywhere. We are starting to look and think almost the same as other nations. For example for some people Im kinda weirdo because I act differently. And to tha mythology. When I was finding some information about slav culture I ranndomly found some references to slavic mythology and then even read a book from czech author about it. For me it was very surprising that we had something like Greece or Rome.

damn pal...we do have a Samovar in my home (and in my grandparents coutage at our village) as well, my family is not Slav we are Pontic Greek but my grandparents brought this tradition along from Russia when they finally came back to Greece...its a damn shame because we just have them as decoration and not really using them...I wonder how different the flavor would be of a tea coming from Samovar instead of a regular kettle. Thanks for the relaxing video.
