*One Alert On The Time Table*-- -Eating At 9:00 to is Not a Good Habit For your Body ‘cause that’s not the right time to eat dinner.. -Ideal time to have ur dinner is at 8 to 8:40pm. - ideal if you have ur lunch at 12 pm or 1 pm, and breakfast around 8 to 8:30 -And an Ideal time to go to bed is max 10:30/10:40 (we need a Minimum of 6 hours to 8 hours of sleep. If you’ve followed Let’s stute u might be knowing... ( The above are my observations and opinions ) And I’m an young adolescent soo, I think it might help ‘cause it helped me :) Hope it’s helpful

This time table is really good for studies But this doesn't have an adequate time of sleep a person needs a sleep of minimum 6-7 hr but time table has just 5 and half hr of sleep which may cause disease So I request to change the sleep timings in the time tabla
