How do you then use it when you want to cook,do you leave it to defrost or you cook it with the ice

Hi, you don’t need to defrost, from the freezer to the pot. it will not be caked together because you drained out the water completely before storing in the freezer. Watch the video to the end, you will see how I made use of it.
