I drove to Heaths shop 3 days ago and his team installed the AR 45 on my Softwash trailer. Cold called him 24 hours before and his team didn’t blink and said bring it. I cannot say enough good things about that bunch North of Houston. Everyone of his shop guys are locked on. The AR 45 truly is incredible. Did a 6 story Hampton Inn here locally in two days. 142 rooms. That doesn’t happen with any other system besides the AR 45.

So as someone learning and not yet got some of the gear or chemicals.. 0 surfactant.. just pure SH? Well.. you mentioned 4%.. so 4% SH (pool SH?) and 96% water mix? How did you dial that in.. and I see a bunch say 12.5%.. is that the amount of SH in the container when you buy it.. and then you mix it with water to get it down to 4%? Also.. why does it have suds.. having used bleach at home for some things.. I dont recall seeing it suds up.. though.. probably a more concentrated amount than 4% so maybe that is why? What is this AR45.. and what gun you using? I have the MTM guns.. hopefully those will work fine. Also.. how much did this job cost the home owner? Curious what the diff is there where you are and here in Cali.
@TheFreshRinse
@TheFreshRinse Жыл бұрын
You have it dialed. Well done. My suspicion is 2 fold. One, the SH is acting like a disinfectant. It’s drawing out the “infection” like peroxide. Two, the agitation is causing the suds.
@b3owu1f
@b3owu1f Жыл бұрын
@@TheFreshRinse So I confused myself.. what do I have dialed in.. you use 12.5%, downstream.. with a soft wash nozzle that mixes to about 1% sh overall coming out?
@TheFreshRinse
@TheFreshRinse Жыл бұрын
@@b3owu1f Yes, but what you are seeing in the video isn’t downstreaming. I’m using a dedicated pump called an AR45. It allows me to set the potency of the mixture. If so desired, I could shoot the straight 12.5%. In this video I’m shooting about 4%, which is plenty.
