Take 1000mg of L-Lysine very day. I used to get outbreaks every 3 weeks. Started L-Lysine about 3 months ago and only got 1 tiny outbreak since (a little bump that quickly went away). If you feel any tingling be sure to take to of the pills. The next day the tingling goes away.

Ive heard that even garlic and vitamin c helps as well, i also heard about lysine. Ive never tried it before but ive looked into getting more information as I could. Same place I have it..had it for 20 some yrs..what helps me tremendously is a high level hydrogen peroxide. It's more than the store bought peroxide..it's actually a food grade. It will turn your finger tips white, but it goes away. Anyway, I put 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 half water in spray bottle and spray several times a day. It truly shortens the duration. Victor Ackee BTW baking soda for any human consumption should be the one that comes in the BOX. Shaker type shown.is SUPER grainy doesn't WORK. Arm & Hammer even as it on BOX!

That would not help you much. You can get herpes from using cups or cutlery at a restaurant. You can get it from sharing a cup or water bottle, sharing makeup. People can get it from their mother during birth or during breastfeeding if they have an outbreak on the nipple/areola area. You can get herpes from kissing someone on the lips or cheek as well.

jnorth1000 you can get herpes through skin contact. She mentioned you could not have symptoms but you have skin shedding it’s an internal and external skin infection
