That is a tough one! I would say that only thing that will tell you that is experience. Once you have made enough products, you should begin to know roughly how long it will take.

I got kinda lost on the vinyl length being 48 inches for 10 shirts. Can you go over that part?

If you are making 10 shirts and due to the design size, you would need 48 inches of HTV with the scrap, you should account for that in your pricing. Don't just account for the HTV that is the same size as the design.

how do I calculate for print and cut designs?

You would need to add in the cost of the material you are printing on then you can often find a cost per inch of printing for your printer.

Thank you for letting us know about this website. Now I won't under price my hard work. The prices for subscriptions are very reasonable for the various calculators you can use. Lifetime subscriber. While using one of the calculators I ran into an issue, contacted customer service and it was corrected immediately.

Does the paid version help you determine your profit based on percentage instead of per hour?

I am not positive what you are asking? You will still need a price per hour for your labor for how much you want to get paid.

That is not included. You may try the HTV one but increase the price of your material.

I hope the Etsy sellers see this, when I’m looking to sell decals if I try to stay competitive and list at similar prices after deductions and vat etc I profit about 8p . SMH

I would definitely concentrate on making your products stand out among the competition instead of undercutting their pricing. Be sure you charge what it is worth!
