Problem is that some breeders are underselling Merle and papered pups as low as 1000 just bc they can’t keep pups too long.. so when a potential customer sees the correct prices starting at 3k they feel they are getting a bad deal

Hey my dog just passed away last month he was 13...I have a title for him and his lineage papers 2.. the breeders name is on the title but how can I locate him and see if he is still breeding so I can get possibly a family member of my dog....can you give me any hints... I tried Google but couldn't find him..I was thinking since his name is on the akc paperwork or whatever it is, wouldn't they be able 2 locate him? I could send you a picture of my paperwork on email if you think you could help me...or point me in the right direction

Do you have to neuter/spade your dog when selling for pet home?? I’ve heard this but was never given a clear answer. It makes sense tho so the new owner doesn’t go off and breed anyway

Yes or no. If its a guardian breed, an intact male will perform better with more testosterone. If its not a guardian breed then you possibly could

Nope hes saying basically he's not going to say the dog came from him even if u try to get paperwork for the dog and he's not giving up the work bcuz he don't want anyone else to have or say this where the dog came from I got the paperwork now lets mate my dog with yours he basically dont want anyone to win off wat he working for I mean that's cool but damn u r supposed to get the paperwork anytime u buy a dog but with him u will never get anything not even if someone ask him if the dog came from his he will say no

I been doing my research on this breed for the past 2 years, I always wanted to ask this question and it's not towards your dogs but what about flaws? Should breeders adjust the price for potential flaws?

Most breeders categorize dogs with multiple or serious flaws as pet quality, meaning they don't think it should be bred. That would be the pet home price without papers. Most dogs will have a flaw or less desirable trait. A breeder most likely won't sell a flawless dog and if they do, it will have a higher price. All flaws aren't genetics, some are environmental or nutritional based, so any dog could potentially develop a flaw, theoretically. They answer questions here sometimes, but you'd do better submitting your question through direct message on Instagram. 🙏🏾
