Mate - If we were in the pub, I would buy you a pint. You have just fixed one of my tickets at work with a user trying to print like 50 to 100 pdfs from Outlook. Solution was to save all to a folder away from outlook, then select all, in that folder on the C drive, then drag to the print queue as per your video and now Adobe prints them all without missing a beat in like 30 seconds of admin, instead of 30 mins!!! I salute you.

tip 1. You have to make sure that the printer you're using is set as 'default'. tip 2. Make sure that the 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' is set as the 'default' pdf opener.

Great tip, but on my Windows 10 I get an error message saying 'This file cannot be printed. Please try opening the file with the correct application and printing from there.' I have tried dragging just one into the print queue one at a time but still the same message. Help anyone? Many thanks 3 years later: OMG what is with all these likes!!?? :D This is the most I've ever got, thanks you guys

The default opening device for pdf files should be set to Adobe Acrobat reader. It didn't work for me when it was set to Microsoft Edge which was the default.

Try highlighting them and right clicking to see if a print all option is available as well.

I had trouble getting this to work in Windows 10. My solution was to merge all of my pdfs using a free website (ilovepdf) and then print the single, merged file. This should get them in the right order too.

Yeah, with windows 10 and Acrobat Reader 2019.010.20099, I drag them in there and get asked the question, then it prints some random number of them and then stops. Sometimes it's 10, sometimes it's 2.

To complete double-sided printing, we usually need successive pages in one PDF; that is, I need to merge two PDFs into one PDF. Is there a way not to merge PDFs, but the result will be double-sided printing? The desired result is two different PDFs on the front and back of the same paper. Because usually the printing result is two sheets of paper, each with a blank page on one side.

It is the file association you currently have when u open a .pdf file. It can be changed when under File Explorer.

@@JRMSweeps I did some more playing around with it. I had a collection of around 30 pdfs. Most were single page, but a few were 2 pages. When it got to one of the 2 page documents, it would not print anything that was in the group after that. Anyway, thank you for the excellent tip. Been using PCs since WinFW 3.11, and I never knew you could just drag files directly to the print que like that. Even with the issue I encountered it was still way less headache and time to print them all than doing so individually.
