for all you that commented i have figured out the info Its like this Paper that he uses is called: DRAGON SHEET PAPER and yes they do seem it online He just makes a print on that paper then cuts of the same size on the PVC with scissors and then with the hot plate he inserts it in with PVC and the DRAGON SHEET PRINTED OUT and the heat transfers the INFO TO THE PVC JUST MAKE SURE YOU PUT IT ON RIGHT I HAD TO PRINT OUT SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THE IMAGE WAS BACKWARDS LOL SO NOTHING ELSE WAS PLACED Then he takes it out of the HOTPLATE MACHINE THINGY and there he takes out the cover for the DRAGON SHEET PAPER and PRESTO DONE YOU HAVE YOUR SELF A M SIMPLE PVC CARD MADE AT HOME WITH NO SPECIAL TOOLS VERY HANDY IN MANY CASES THANKS BRO

Found it its called Transfer paper its also used for TShirt printing but after doing so use a clear glossy spray over it to make it permanent
